Graduates and members of our ICI cohorts who have received certification, please fill out the form below to submit your ICI affiliate fee for 2026. This yearly fee, paid in January, allows you to advertise with our name and also enters you into our referral network for 2026. If you wish to be added to (or remain on) our website counselor directory, please write that in the comment box below. In order to connect your practice in any way with the name of ICI, affiliation is required.
Affiliate fees are non-refundable and cover the current calendar year only, expiring December 31. There are no prorated payments: a full fee paid partially through the year still covers the current calendar year only and then will need renewed.
ICI reserves the right to revoke affiliation and in such rare cases will give a prorated refund.
Please note: the four fee levels correspond to ICI certification levels. If you are Level One Certified then you pay $125. Level Two Certified pays $250, and so on.
